Dream Life Nugget

Pay attention to the little things. Make the little things important. It’s the little things that make up the big changes in your life. Because I’m just a guy that’s going through life, adding up these little nuggets to make, what I consider to be, a wonderful life. Now I’m definitely not referring to the movie, It’s a Wonderful Life. Don’t get me wrong, that movie had such a great ending, but the build up before that was too much. Dude went through some unexplainable tragedies that most people would never make it out of. Well I digress, but the important thing is that you’re out there trying to find these little nuggets to improve your life.

This week’s nugget: write down what a day in your dream life would look like. Spend about 30 minutes dedicated to writing down exactly what your dream day would look like. Treat it like a 90-day challenge where you picture what your life should be like in 90 days. Describe the day with as much detail as possible. Imagine the day using all your five senses. Describe it as if it has already happened. What is it like when you wake up? What does it smell like? Where are you? What is the first thing you do? How do you feel?

For example:

“ I woke up today in the comfiest bed ever. I got up bright and early ready to attack the day. I woke up with the sense of urgency and purpose. I knew I had a lot of people counting on me and I have a lot of work to do. I always worked hard, but this time I’m working hard for myself. I am running my own business. I take a walk through my home and sit outside with my laptop. I can smell the wet grass. It had rained last night. I sit down and open my laptop. I check my balance and notice that I’ve hit my goal of $10,000 per month, residual. A feeling of relief and triumph comes over me like a blanket that just came out of the dryer. It warms my body and soul. It’s not about making money. It’s about having the freedom to do my own thing and run my own show without having to worry about how I’m going to pay the bills this month or next. I feel good and almost relaxed That moment only last for a second because I know I must keep grinding it out. I must keep working hard so that I can always have that worry free moment every morning.”

Since we’re talking about your dream day, he’s a cool song with a crazy good beat. It’s about walking on a dream!!

You want something to that effect. Really go in depth about how you feel and what you see. Talk about everything you can think of. The more detail, the better it will be. You want to give yourself the feeling of actually being there. After writing this down, make sure to read it everyday and even a couple times a day. Keep reminding yourself. Doing this, will change your mindset and it will be implemented in your brain. You will feel like you can accomplish this with ease. It will push out most of your negativity and fear and you can accomplish all your goals. Try this out and let me know how you feel after a week of reciting your dream day a couple times a day. Shoot me an email of how this affected you. If you do this in great detail and consistently read it every day, I guarantee it will change your mind and begin to change your life.

Talk to you later, guys!
